Cannoli Dip
2 cups ricotta cheese
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chip
Mix together
Okay – yes this recipe breaks all of my healthy eating rules!
BUT it is Italian Heritage Month…or something like that…and I am 1/2 Italian.
So, that means part of my blood is made up of cannoli filling.
Is that what makes me so sweet?

It really does…and I probably won’t actually make it…goes WAY too far outside my diet…but boy does it look good!!!
